PROFILE OF ABCINKA & ITS DIRECTORS

The main promoters of this world-class project are a Hyderabad based tourism infrastructure company M/S.ABCINKA HOTELS & RESORTS PVT. LTD., comprising of a group of successful entrepreneurs with varied business interests. They have enough resources to build this facility with highest standards of quality and efficiency. Headed by Sri Ramakrishna Injamuri and ably supported by Sri Ravi Kumar Akella who is an MBA and qualified F&B professional with a long experience in operations of hotels. The experience of Sri kalasapudi Chandrasekhar who is a foreign trade expert will come in handy as this project deals with a lot of imports, joint-ventures with foreign companies etc

All our directors have vast experience in marketing and toured entire India extensively, hence have a good rapport and have been closely observing hotel industry. We at “ABCINKA” had an idea about what a customer / guest expects when he checks in to a hotel and what makes him happy and satisfied. “Our experience at various hotels is our experience” and we are determined to make our guests hoteling experience as delightful as possible by filling the gaps and short comings.

Mr Ramakrishna aged about 55 years, completed his Mechanical engineering from Marathwada University in 1989 and immediately after completion of his education joined in “PERMA LUBE” as a sales manager then after that joined in ITW SIGNODE, which is a Multi-National Company, in the same capacity but soon after joining because of his hard-working nature, job skills and sincerity he was promoted to the Rank of Area Manager, marketing. In 1995, along with Mr Akella Ravi Kumar, Started their own Business, M/S The Agri Chemicals & Foundry Services. the nature of the Business being manufacturing of Various Kinds of Foundry Grade Thinners, N C Thinner & Epoxy Thinners and trading in various kinds of Industrial Solvents. The Firm started growing constantly and started supplying their products to Eight States across India.

Mr. KALASAPUDI CHANDRASEKHAR (DIN: 02343779)

Mr. Kalasapudi Chandra Sekhar, aged 56 y/old, S/o. Late Sri. K. Rama Krishna Sarma, R/o, Hyderabad, is a graduate from Osmania University and after completion of his education joined in various Companies in the field of Foreign Trade from 1989 to 2001. Having worked with many companies till 2001, started his own consultancy as an individual and free lancer in Exim Consultancy Services, in the field of Foreign Trade i.e. imports and exports till date and helped many companies in setting up their EOUs and SEZs business, thus became the instrumental in earning foreign exchange by exporting their products and services to various foreign countries.

Mr. RAVI KUMAR AKELLA (DIN: 09426858)

Mr Ravi Kumar aged about 55 years, completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Marathwada University in 1988 and did Diploma in Food & Beverages in Aurangabad, immediately after That joined Hotel Aurangabad Ashok, Hotel Ravi Raj International and then Hotel Sampoorna in Hyderabad and worked at various capacities.  After that he has Joined Lamina Suspension an Automobile Company as Marketing Manager in Coordination with their Distributor in Hyderabad and worked almost 15 years looking after sales and Marketing and touring extensively pan India.

In 1995, along with Mr RAMAKRISHNA INJAMURI, started their own Business, M/S The Agri Chemicals & Foundry Services, the nature of the Business being manufacturing of Various Kinds of Foundry Grade Thinners, N C Thinner & Epoxy Thinners and Trading in various kinds of Industrial Solvents. The Firm started growing constantly and started supplying their products to Eight States across India. In 2017 in association with few other like-minded people He has started Akella Foundation a charitable Trust, and has been unanimously elected as president and continuing in the office till date. Under his presidency the trust undertook many charity works which are useful to the society like providing RO water plants to Government schools and Rural villages, construction of toilets in Government schools, providing note books, and providing scholarships to needy and Meritorious students. The foundation became stronger with more than 1000 members from all over the world. As the trust always maintained proper and up to date accounts and implemented strict financial discipline, the foundation could get exemptions under section 80 G and 12 A of income tax act in the year 2020.

Mr BRKSN Murthy aged about 55 years and is From Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, He has completed his Graduation in 1987 and immediately after that joined Canara Work Shops Ltd in Leaf Springs manufacturing leading Automobile Company as a Asst Sales Manager and with his hard work and sincerity promoted as Branch manager to one of their biggest branch at Vijayawada. Having toured extensively in marketing field gained a good knowledge and understanding in Hospitality business also.

Mr Chennapragada Saila Kumar aged about 52 years and has completed his Batchelors degree in1995 and he is From Perupalem Village, Mogaltur Mandal, in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, His father Late Sri Chennapragada Keshava Rao was a Freedom Fighter. Mr Saila Kumar is sincere and of hardworking nature and a Successful Agriculturist who has implemented many modern techniques in farming. He is also an upcoming Industrialist in Aqua Culture and actively involved in exporting Aqua products.

Mr. O Vinay Kumar Reddy, is a technocrat entrepreneur. He did his Bachelor of technology in Electronics & Communications Engineering from REGIONAL ENGINEERING COLLEGE, (REC) WARANGAL, INDIA (Distinction), Masters in Electrical Engineering from INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, (IIT) MADRAS, (Distinction), trained in Management skills by HAL STAFF COLLEGE, BANGALORE (Winner of Chairman’s Medal)

Mr Vinay Reddy is having nearly 25 years of Business experience in manufacturing, real estate, exports, imports and tourism projects like designing, building and operating huge recreational facilities (in Malaysia) including water theme parks, amusement parks, iconic attractions.

He is Founder & MANAGING DIRECTOR, VINGO INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, CEO of SWARNAMUKHI RECREATION & HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED and DIRECTOR of VIZAG RECREATION PRIVATE LIMITED. He is actively involved in development of Theme parks and beautification projects in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States, in India. Recently Andhra Pradesh Cabinet has approved 3 big projects proposed by ‘Swarnamukhi Recreation & Hospitality Private Limited’. A world-class Tunnel Aquarium, India’s first 120 mtr tall sky tower, A Mega wheel like London Eye All these projects are coming up at Visakhapatnam. Similarly, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is developing an eco-park near Hyderabad for which many of the concepts approved belong to this company which include a Tunnel Aquarium. A glow garden project has been awarded by Kurnool Municipal Corporation which is under implementation.

KCP RAJA is a Hotel Industry’s Finance professional with more than 23 years of experience in the field of hospitality.
He was Born in the year of 1964 in a Royal family (Zamorin family) of Malabar Region of Kerala.  Zamorin family was the rulers of northern part of present Kerala during the British time (before also) and later merged with Kerala State during the State formation. After graduated in Commerce from University of Calicut, Kerala in1985, got an opportunity to work with an International Consultancy firm at Kathmandu, Nepal for a period of two years. Moved to Delhi in 1988 and joined with an Ahmedabad based Chemical company as Commercial Officer at their New Delhi office.

joined with Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd (TFCI) in 1996 as Assistant Manager at New Delhi Head Quarters (TFCI is an All-India Financial Institution promoted by Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd (IFCI) and IDBI with the help of Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Tourism as regulator bodies for helping exclusive for Tourism Industry in India under the recommendation of Yunus Committee set up by the Govt. of India in later 80’s).

Moved to TFCI’s Mumbai office when TFCI opened and an office at Mumbai in 2001 to cater the tourism sector in western and southern region and became Mumbai office in-charge from 2003 till 2021. During the span of 20 years in Mumbai, he has handled various types of tourism projects (hotels, resorts, health SPA, recreational centres, theme park, multiplexes etc etc including project development and implementation, financing etc etc for private sector and also for various State Governments.
